Cocktail attire is encouraged. Think semi-formal: suits or jackets for men, and dresses or dressy separates for women. Feel free to have fun with color and style—just bring your dancing shoes! :)

While we love your little ones, we’re planning an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you’ll take the night off and celebrate with us!

If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear on your invite. If not, we unfortunately can’t accommodate additional guests at this time.

Yes! We are providing shuttles between Boone and the venue for our guests on our wedding day. Shuttle spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be sure to sign up early. We highly recommend using the shuttle if you plan to drink, both for your safety and convenience. Please note that rideshares (like Uber or Lyft) are essentially unavailable in Boone and West Jefferson, so the shuttle is the easiest way to get to and from our venue. There will not be shuttles provided for the welcome party, and unfortunately rideshares are not available in the area. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly, drink responsibly, and arrange their own transportation or carpooling.

Please plan to arrive by 4:00pm so you can grab a seat before the ceremony begins!

We’ll be serving a yummy Southern-style dinner with your choice of chicken or brisket as the main course, plus a variety of classic sides. The meats, sauces, and most of the sides are gluten-free, and we’ll also have black bean burgers available for vegetarian and vegan guests. Please indicate in your RSVP which option works best for you!

Western North Carolina in mid-October is crisp and beautiful, with daytime highs in the 60s and cooler evenings the can drop to the 40s. We recommend bringing a jacket or wrap, especially if you plan to enjoy time outdoors.
